This listing is for the complete system with a separate control unit and electrolytic cell.

Model details

Manufacturer model: MCS27

Pool capacity: up to 40,000 gallons

Power supply: 100-240V, 50/60Hz

Wi-Fi control through the Moov Pool Ai app

Automatic polarity reversal helps reduce scale buildup on the cell

System sizing depends on pool conditions and chlorine demand. Follow the manufacturer requirements for installation, water chemistry and maintenance.

How salt chlorination works

The electrolytic cell converts dissolved pool salt into chlorine while the system is operating with adequate circulation. This reduces routine handling of packaged chlorine, but the pool still uses chlorine as its sanitizer. The listed 40,000-gallon capacity is a sizing limit, not a guarantee for every pool. Warm water, strong sun, heavy use and short pump runtimes can increase the capacity needed.

System setup

Have your installer verify electrical supply, cell location, pipe connections, water-flow requirements and compatibility with any existing automation. Pool salt, additional water-treatment chemicals and installation labor are separate.

Ongoing water care

Set production and circulation time according to measured chlorine demand. Continue testing chlorine, pH and the other water-balance parameters in the manual. Check salt concentration before adding salt, inspect the cell for deposits and clean only as directed. Salt chlorination does not replace filtration or routine pool maintenance.

ClearSalt controls

Moov's ClearSalt platform provides salinity information and Wi-Fi access through the Moov Pool AI app. Configure the network connection during setup; use the controller's operating and maintenance information alongside manual water testing.

Manufacturer product information and manuals

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0724/6875/8570/files/moov-mcs27-clearsalt-control-cell-scp.jpg?v=1791367055
