The RC554XP monitors pH and ORP to control compatible chemical-feeding equipment. This controller package suits an installation that already has suitable dosing equipment or needs pumps selected separately for its treatment demand.

Complete your setup
Chemical feed pumps, supply tanks and treatment chemicals are separate. Match pump capacity and chemical compatibility to the application, and confirm the controller's electrical output requirements with your installer. This is the controller-and-sensor package, not the ready-to-mount two-pump system.
Using pH and ORP control
The controller responds to sensor readings to manage the connected feed equipment. ORP reflects sanitizer activity; it is not interchangeable with a direct free-chlorine measurement. Water balance, sensor condition and sample flow affect readings.
Installation and care
Allow space for the controller, flow cell, supply tanks and tubing runs. A qualified installer should establish sampling flow, feed protection and operating setpoints. Continue manual water testing, probe maintenance and scheduled inspection of the connected chemical-feed equipment.
