Rola-Chem 554500 Ready-to-Mount pH/ORP System
The 554500 combines a digital controller, monitoring components and two chemical-feed pumps on a mounting board. It is intended for a coordinated pH and sanitizer-feed installation with fewer separately sourced control components.

- Two RC305 Pro Series 300 peristaltic pumps, each rated at 38 gallons per day.
- pH and ORP probes.

System selection
This model uses two 38 GPD pumps. Pump rating describes maximum delivery capacity, not a recommended daily chemical dose. Actual feed settings must match pool demand, chemical concentration and the installation.
Needed separately
Provide compatible chemical supply tanks, treatment chemicals, electrical service and suitable wall space. Have your installer confirm feed connections, sample-water flow and the required interlocks before commissioning.
Operation and maintenance
pH and ORP feedback help the controller manage feeding around the selected setpoints. ORP indicates sanitizer activity rather than directly measuring free chlorine in ppm. Continue manual water testing, keep the probes clean and inspect pump tubes and chemical lines according to the manufacturer's schedule.
